I live outside of Philadelphia with my husband and our golden retriever. We enjoy time spent with our large extended family at the Jersey Shore and attending local events together. As an official IronMan Sherpa, I proudly support my husband, who has completed eight IronMan triathlons. I have a passion for staying active, sharing laughter, and balancing work with enjoyment.

Growing up in a big Italian family ignited my curiosity and love for continuous learning. This inspired me to found Galante Talent Strategies, where I focus on impactful projects that blend dedication with purpose and fulfillment.
