In my previous roles, I witnessed the critical need for specialized talent and workforce management consulting.  When I led the Finance Operations of a national staffing firm, we searched for "best in class" scheduling practices to  reduce OT.  As the leader of a global Resource Management team, I struggled to find a firm to benchmark our back office processes vs other firms.
